Note: This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Polish version of these terms is the legally binding version under Polish law. If there is any conflict between this English version and the Polish version, the Polish version controls. See the Polish terms.

My name is Tomasz Maciąg and I am the author of this product. I am also the seller of the digital product and the entity providing services electronically. What I sell

UX Design Skill is a digital product. You buy a set of files (AGENTS.md, references/, scripts/) that you install on a chosen AI platform (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) and use to run a UX process for website projects.

The product is not software, an application, or an online service. It is text files (Markdown) that act as instructions and a knowledge base for AI models.

Packages and license

The product is available in three packages:

• Solo, license for 1 user.
• Studio, license for up to 5 users within one team.
• Agency, license with no user limit within one organization.

Every package includes:

• Skill files in the current version.
• 6 months of updates.
• Access to the Community Discord.

The Agency package also includes one consultation with the author (30 min, online).

What the license covers: The license gives you the right to use the skill on your own and client projects. You can use the deliverables produced by the skill (wireframes, strategies, project contexts) without limits, including commercially.

What the license does not cover:

• You cannot share the skill files with people outside the license (e.g. Solo = only you).
• You cannot resell, redistribute, or publish the skill files.
• You cannot use the skill files to create a competing product.

Purchase and payment

1. You pick a package on the site and provide your email address.
2. You receive a payment link.
3. Once paid, you receive an email with a link to download the files.
4. The download link is active for 7 days. If it expires, write to tomasz@creativesparks.pl.

Prices on the site are shown in USD and are net prices. Applicable VAT is added at checkout where required.

A VAT invoice is issued automatically after payment. If you need a company invoice, provide your company details at checkout.

Updates

Every package includes 6 months of updates from the purchase date. During this period you receive new versions of the skill (new page types, patterns, fixes) at the email address you provided at checkout.

After 6 months the skill still works without changes. A subscription for further updates is optional and paid separately.

Using the product

The product requires an account on one of the supported AI platforms: Claude (Anthropic), ChatGPT (OpenAI), or Gemini (Google). The cost of an account on these platforms is not included in the product price and is a separate expense.

The skill runs on AI models provided by these platforms. The quality of results depends on the AI model, your answers, and the specifics of your project. I do not guarantee specific results because every project is different.

Right to withdraw from the contract

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion, with no reason required. If you exercise this right, I will refund the full purchase amount within 14 days.

Important: The right to withdraw expires the moment you download the files, if at purchase you agreed to delivery of the digital content before the 14-day period ends (per article 38 point 13 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act).

To withdraw from the contract, send a message to tomasz@creativesparks.pl.

Complaints

If the files are damaged, incomplete, or do not match the product description on the site, you can file a complaint. Send the complaint to tomasz@creativesparks.pl with a description of the issue. I will respond within 14 days.

If the complaint is justified, I will deliver corrected files or refund your money.

What complaints do not cover:

• The quality of results generated by AI models (that depends on the platform, not on me).
• Compatibility with platforms not listed on the product page.
• Expectations of results that do not follow from the product description.

Liability

The skill is a tool that supports the UX process. It does not replace professional UX expertise or a consultation with an expert.

The deliverables the skill produces require your judgment and adaptation to the specific project. I am not liable for decisions made on the basis of those deliverables.

Copyright

The skill files (AGENTS.md, references/, scripts/) are protected by copyright. You buy a license to use them, not the copyright to the files.

The deliverables that the skill produces for your projects belong to you. You can use them without limits, including commercially.

Personal data

I process your personal data (email, billing details) to fulfill your order and deliver the product. Legal basis: GDPR article 6(1)(b), performance of a contract.

Your data is not shared with third parties, except the payment operator and the invoicing system.

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data. Write to tomasz@creativesparks.pl.

Changes to these terms

I may change these terms. Changes do not apply to orders already completed. I will announce changes on the product page.

These terms are effective from 2026-03-22. Any disputes will be resolved by the court with jurisdiction over the seller's registered office.
