What data I collect
- Email address, provided when you sign up for the waitlist or at purchase.
- Billing details, if you provide company details at purchase (company name, tax ID, address).
- Technical data, IP address and browser type, collected automatically by the server.
Why I collect data
- To fulfill your order and deliver the product (GDPR article 6(1)(b), performance of a contract).
- To issue a VAT invoice (GDPR article 6(1)(c), legal obligation).
- To inform you about product updates (GDPR article 6(1)(b), performance of a contract).
- Newsletter / waitlist, based on your consent (GDPR article 6(1)(a)).
Who I share data with
Your data may be shared only with the entities necessary to provide the service:
- MailerLite, mailing list and signup form handling.
- Payment operator, online payment processing.
- Invoicing system, issuing VAT invoices.
I do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
How long I keep data
- Order fulfillment data, for the duration of the contract plus 5 years (tax obligation).
- Mailing list data, until you unsubscribe.
- Technical data (server logs), up to 30 days.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access your data.
- Correct your data.
- Erase your data ("right to be forgotten").
- Restrict processing.
- Data portability.
- Withdraw consent (for the newsletter).
- Lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). Under GDPR, EU and UK residents may also lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority.
